March 9th: A bit reminiscent of Pa Ingalls playing the fiddle with the kids all dancing around...in our version, Drew plays the piano and Katie and Alex dance! Oh the fun!! This was seriously too cute...we only caught the tail end of it on video, they had been playing and dancing while we were cleaning the kitchen after dinner. Today (the 10th), Drew didn't have school and Katie put on her princess dress and begged Drew to play for her so she could dance at least 10 times! Even as I type this, they're in there playing and dancing!! In the video, Drew his playing his Mozart recital piece--Eine Kleine Nachtmusik--(his recital is April 27th and he's playing this song as a duet with another student, he's very excited!) and he's been practicing it for about a week now. (Oh, and we're not sure what is up with the sunglasses...he's channeling Ray Charles or Stevie Wonder...hoping it's just a quick-passing phase!)

what a talented little pianist you have! lol at the sun glasses... to cute! And how fun that the girls dance to him playing. Oh and I think i read the little house books at least 20 times through.. i even had a sister mary ( and a sister Thora which we would call Loura)
